Course curriculum

This course opens and engages the body from the outside in. The asana portion is composed of four dynamic 50-minute sequences, with a fifth restorative class to prepare body and mind for rest. We use props and alignment to bring you deeper into the poses and make them more accessible.
Each session begins with meditation practice. Initially, we work with grounding and centering in the body, and move into working with the habits of the mind. The integration of meditation and yoga asana is a powerful alchemy for awakening.
